New music and choreography will be introduced to the Reggaecise class on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. at Good Life Morningside Crossing, 4525 Kingston Road in Scarborough. Bring a friend, and come spend an hour with us enjoying some Reggae tunes and dance moves.

During the Labour Day holiday members at the Goodlife Fitness Centre at Kennedy/Ellesmere were able to stay active and have a lot of fun by participating in a special Reggaecise class.
