Fyi… Taping of Reggaecise will take place again on Tuesday, February 26th at 9:30 a.m. at the Good Life Morningside Crossing, 4525 Kingston Road in Scarborough.

    At that location for the Reggaecise, on line it says cardio groove, please ignore that name. David does not teach a cardio groove class. Any question about cardio groove please direct it to Good Life.
