We will again be video-taping another Reggaecise class at the Goodlife Morningside Crossing location (4525 Kingston Road) on Tuesday, January 7, 2013 at 9:30 a.m.
The videos are used for instructor training, as we expand Reggaecise to offer more classes to a wider audience.
Speaking of more classes, Reggaecise is now offered at the following Goodlife locations:
- Willowdale Co-ed Club, 105 Gordon Baker Rd – Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m.
- Cedarbrae Mall Co-ed Club, 3495 Lawrence Ave. East – Thursdays at 7:30 p.m.
